Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through high-volume outbound calls and emails during the night shift.
- Demonstrate our premium products/services to prospective clients, identifying their specific needs and pain points.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Close sales deals and process orders accurately within established guidelines and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the morning sales team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads and provide essential feedback.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone voice.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 4 PM - 12 AM or 5 PM - 1 AM).
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a dynamic setting.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge.
