- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls during night shift hours.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using CRM software.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
