Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers entering the store, establishing a positive and professional rapport.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs, providing expert product knowledge and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Operate the cash register, handle returns, and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise to ensure an inviting shopping environment.
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during night shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation is required due to night shift schedules.
