Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection and inquiries.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock is running low.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions while maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth handover of store operations.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
