Responsibilities
- Engage & Greet: Welcome customers warmly and build rapport to understand their specific needs.
- Sales Execution: Present products and services effectively, demonstrating their value to drive sales.
- Objection Handling: Address customer concerns professionally and overcome objections to close deals.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS systems.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, high-energy work atmosphere.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Goal-Oriented: A self-starter with a drive to succeed and earn based on performance.
- Experience: Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance is essential.
