Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Execute outbound sales strategies to generate new leads and convert prospects into loyal clients.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers via phone and email.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Market Analysis: Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- CRM Management: Accurately log client interactions and sales data into our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the morning shift team to ensure a smooth transition of information and ongoing client support.
- Professional Representation: Represent the Apex brand with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Schedule: Must be available to work Night Shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, confident tone.
- Digital Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-Motivation: A high level of self-discipline and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
