In this role, you will be the bridge between our premium products and our valued customers. You will manage high-volume sales interactions, ensuring every client leaves satisfied while hitting our aggressive revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using POS and CRM software.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, maintaining a high CSAT score.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with inventory.
- Collaborate with the day-shift management team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior sales experience is a significant plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedules (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
