Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls and handle inbound customer inquiries during the night shift.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update records, and analyze sales data.
- Provide exceptional product knowledge and consultative solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless customer service continuity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
- Must be available to work night shifts (specific shift times will be provided upon offer).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of hitting sales goals.
