Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere during night hours.
- Drive sales and meet/exceed daily and weekly targets through consultative selling and upselling techniques.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Assist in inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining store organization and cleanliness.
- Handle cash and card transactions with 100% accuracy and adhere to security protocols.
- Build rapport with regular customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the night team to ensure smooth store operations and close procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and a track record of punctuality.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use POS systems.
