Your Role:
As a Night Shift Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand during our peak operational hours. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, and providing top-tier customer service to our valued clientele.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, personalized recommendations, and order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment throughout the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or discrepancies to the shift lead.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover of daily operations.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding loss prevention and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with retail software.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
