Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads via phone and email during night shifts to qualify prospects and close sales.
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to meet client needs and maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure continuity in client communication and project management.
- Adhere to all sales scripts and compliance guidelines to maintain brand integrity.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to increase the average order value per customer.
- Participate in nightly team huddles and performance reviews to track progress and adjust strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid office setting.
