Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned territory (San Jose, CA or NC markets)
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with enterprise clients
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through solution-based selling
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to track pipeline and forecast accurately
- Collaborate with product team to identify new market opportunities
- Conduct weekly performance reviews with sales leadership

Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record exceeding $1M+ annual sales quotas
- Expertise in consultative selling and complex deal structuring
- Proficient in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to travel 40% within assigned territory
