Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, guiding them through product selections to ensure high satisfaction.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems, ensuring all cash handling and payment protocols are strictly followed.
- Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment by restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and organizing displays according to company standards.
- Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist in inventory counts to ensure product availability.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with patience and empathy, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with fellow team members and supervisors to ensure seamless operations during the night shift.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and maneuver around the sales floor.
