Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Execute outbound sales campaigns to generate new leads and convert prospects into loyal clients.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
- Client Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts, addressing client needs and resolving issues to ensure high retention rates.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or logistics.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
