Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting and sales calls to qualified leads during night hours.
- Consult with prospective clients to identify pain points and recommend tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting targets.
