Responsibilities

- Meet/exceed daily sales targets through upselling and strategic product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and maintain secure cash handling protocols
- Manage inventory, stock displays, and ensure store presentation standards
- Collaborate with night shift team to achieve departmental KPIs
- Operate POS systems and assist with after-hours inventory management
- Report sales data and customer feedback to store leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Proficiency with retail technology and POS systems
- Valid California driver's license (if required for logistics)
