Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and achieving daily targets
- Process transactions accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Manage inventory, stock displays, and ensure store cleanliness during night shift operations
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team during night shifts
