- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily/monthly sales targets
- Process returns, exchanges, and maintain inventory accuracy
- Participate in product knowledge training to stay current on trends
- Contribute to store cleanliness and exceptional brand presentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with retail POS systems (e.g., Shopify, Square)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
