Responsibilities
- Execute sales transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and tailored recommendations.
- Maintain the overall appearance and organization of the sales floor during the night shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic math and computer literacy required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
