Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counts during the overnight shift.
- Identify and upsell products to increase average transaction value.
- Ensure security protocols are followed during late-night operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
