Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers immediately upon entry to the store.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and budget.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale system.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize the average transaction value.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with mobile devices and POS systems is a plus.
