Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and services to maximize sales targets.
- Customer Experience: Provide top-tier customer service by answering inquiries, processing transactions efficiently, and resolving complaints with a smile.
- Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment by organizing displays, restocking inventory, and ensuring products are priced correctly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with store management and team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and promotions to educate customers effectively.
- Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail sales experience preferred (1-2 years minimum).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Technology: Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.
