Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and meet/exceed monthly and quarterly targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Manage inventory levels, restock merchandise, and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, including handling returns, exchanges, and payment methods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to foster loyalty and brand advocacy.
- Collaborate with the store management team to execute merchandising plans and promotional events.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices with the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or sales experience is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
