Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that drive sales and increase average transaction value.
- Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service by greeting customers warmly, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with company standards.
- Merchandising: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and visual merchandising to maximize product visibility.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of retail sales experience preferred, or equivalent demonstrated ability to sell.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Professionalism: Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
