Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to build loyalty and drive repeat business
- Meet/exceed sales targets through product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer integrity
- Stock, organize, and merchandise products to maintain visual standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales goals
- Operate inventory systems and participate in cycle counts
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional displays
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong math aptitude and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Proficiency with basic computer systems (POS, inventory software)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license for occasional store deliveries
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
