- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize store operations
- Participate in product knowledge training and seasonal launches
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining brand service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in clienteling and customer relationship management
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and CRM software
