Responsibilities
- Conduct outside client visits and presentations during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Develop and maintain relationships with key commercial accounts in the Greater Philadelphia area
- Exceed monthly sales quotas through strategic prospecting and solution-based selling
- Utilize CRM software to track client interactions and pipeline progress
- Collaborate with day-team to ensure seamless account transitions and coverage
- Submit detailed activity reports and market intelligence to leadership
- Participate in quarterly sales training and product knowledge sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B outside sales experience with verifiable track record
- Proven ability to close deals in competitive commercial markets
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Availability to work overnight shifts with weekend flexibility
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
