Responsibilities
- Engage customers warmly to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a pristine store appearance, including organizing merchandise and restocking shelves.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
