Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively demonstrate value to prospective customers.
- Market Analysis: Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the regional sales manager and marketing team to align on local campaigns and goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in retail or B2B environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- License: Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (required for local client visits).
- Education: High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Goals: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.
