Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet all customers warmly and professionally, determining their needs and recommending products to drive sales.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs on a monthly basis.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our inventory, features, and benefits to answer customer questions confidently.
- Store Operations: Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Follow-Up: Build lasting relationships with clients through follow-up calls or emails to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Adaptability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
