Responsibilities
- Drive sales through consultative selling and relationship-building with luxury clientele
- Exceed monthly targets by identifying upsell opportunities and cross-selling complementary products
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accurate transaction records
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide sales goals and KPIs
- Provide personalized product knowledge and styling recommendations
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-value sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge in fashion, beauty, or luxury goods preferred
- Proficiency with CRM and retail management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
