Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to drive sales and loyalty
- Actively demonstrate and promote product features/benefits
- Meet/exceed daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs
- Process transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Collaborate with team to optimize store merchandising
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-sell complementary products
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and CRM software
- Highly motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Prior experience in commission-based roles preferred
