Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through personalized product consultations and needs-based selling
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics
- Manage inventory systems, restock displays, and ensure visual merchandising standards align with brand guidelines
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive promotional campaigns and seasonal product launches
- Develop deep product knowledge to provide expert recommendations across premium lifestyle categories
- Participate in daily team huddles and contribute to store improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in retail sales or customer-facing role with track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly in diverse customer environments
- Proficiency with CRM systems and point-of-sale technology (Square/Retail Pro experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and transaction processing
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional vendor visits
