In this role, you will be the face of our brand, connecting with customers and driving revenue growth through exceptional service and product expertise.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly to determine their specific needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Proactively seek out new leads and cross-sell products to increase the average transaction value.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and participate in ongoing training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate for immediate placement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude and a drive to exceed targets.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
