Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify needs and recommend products/services that drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Manage inventory and product displays to ensure an organized and appealing sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales tactics and improve overall store performance.
- Accurately process transactions and maintain a clean and professional work area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
