- Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and suggest appropriate products.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain store standards.
- Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and welcoming for all visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
