Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound sales calls and in-person consultations to identify new business opportunities.
- Present products and services to prospective clients with a focus on benefits and value proposition.
- Build and maintain a robust network of clients to ensure consistent sales growth and customer retention.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate record-keeping within our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
- Track daily sales activities and report progress against monthly and quarterly targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
