Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Merchandise and organize store displays to ensure a visually appealing shopping environment.
- Build rapport with customers to identify needs and recommend products.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate for immediate hire.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with POS systems is preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
