Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Close sales deals and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signing.
- Update and maintain accurate client data in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure high customer retention rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a major plus.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a proven track record of meeting quotas.
