Responsibilities
- Greet and Engage: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Sales & Upselling: Utilize product knowledge to recommend items, answer questions, and drive sales through effective upselling techniques.
- Transaction Management: Process sales accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing to reflect our brand standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and merchandise presentation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required (we train the right candidates).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Attitude: A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
