Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Consult with prospective clients to identify needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Manage and update the CRM system to track leads, interactions, and conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and drive upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
