Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized shopping experiences through consultative selling and style recommendations
- Exceed sales targets by leveraging product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Create visually appealing displays and maintain store presentation standards
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up communications and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to execute seasonal campaigns
- Participate in daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in retail technologies (POS systems, CRM platforms)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-centric mindset
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
- Valid Ohio driver's license with reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
