Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their specific needs and budget.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Build and maintain a deep knowledge of product inventory and promotions.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales targets.
- Assist with store operations, including stocking and visual merchandising.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
