Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers immediately upon arrival to the store.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers to encourage loyalty.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Upsell products and inform customers about current promotions and discounts.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
