Responsibilities
- Drive sales revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the Colorado Springs market.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, clearly articulating value propositions.
- Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of leads through proactive outbound outreach and networking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and optimize lead conversion.
- Close deals and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Track sales metrics and report performance to management on a weekly basis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales (entry-level candidates with exceptional drive considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to work independently, manage a busy schedule, and meet aggressive targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a strong plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
