Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various outbound channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage a robust pipeline using Salesforce or similar CRM software to track progress and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales collateral and strategies.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, professional tone.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
