Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through various channels, including cold calling and networking.
- Present product and service solutions to potential clients, clearly articulating value propositions.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with brand messaging.
- Manage customer relationships post-sale to ensure retention and encourage referrals.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track progress and update customer data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for high achievers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality and a desire to learn quickly.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM platforms.
