- Lead Generation: Actively identify and research potential clients within the assigned Philadelphia and Ohio territories to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Relations: Conduct cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Closing Deals: Guide prospects through the sales process, overcoming objections and securing new business contracts.
- Market Expansion: Strategically expand our market presence in both Pennsylvania and Ohio markets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Drive: A self-motivated attitude with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Location: Must reside within the Philadelphia, PA or Ohio area for fieldwork and meetings.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
