Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and consultative selling
- Achieve/exceed daily and monthly sales targets through strategic upselling
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Merchandise products according to visual standards and seasonal campaigns
- Build lasting client relationships through follow-up and loyalty program engagement
- Collaborate with team to maintain organized and visually appealing store environment
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge in fashion/lifestyle categories
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid Washington State driver's license preferred
- College degree in Business or Marketing a plus
- Spanish language fluency highly desirable
