Responsibilities
- Drive sales achievement through consultative selling techniques and product expertise
- Build lasting customer relationships via personalized shopping experiences
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium store presentation
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while upselling complementary products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales targets
- Participate in product knowledge training to maintain expertise on inventory
- Contribute to inventory management through stock rotation and replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product aptitude and ability to learn complex merchandise
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail software
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holiday seasons
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional store transfers)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
